Pluspoint — AI local marketing platform

Keep every location posting everywhere, from one dashboard or your AI assistant

Write the post or let Pluspoint AI write it. One post goes to Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X and LinkedIn for every location, each with its own address.

Trusted by hundreds of local brands

Where social posting often goes wrong for a chain:

Head office can post every day and still leave the pages neighbors actually open looking closed, sending them to the wrong address, or costing someone the whole week.

  • The brand page posts daily, the location page has been quiet for months

Managers get busy or leave, and the page a neighbor opens goes quiet.

  • The same caption, the wrong address at dozens of locations

The head office street goes out with the caption, at every location.

  • One person, dozens of locations, every week

Every network for every location by hand, and Google gets skipped.

With Pluspoint, publish to six socials, each in its own format

Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X and LinkedIn, plus Stories. Google is included because its profile feeds local search and the AI answers above it.

Pluspoint gives us one place to manage reviews, listings and social posts for all of our clubs. Before each club was doing its own thing and there was no consistency.

Keep every location’s social channels active, so people and AI assistants find you

Google shows a location’s social posts on its Business Profile, and AI assistants read that profile when a neighbor asks for a place nearby. Post every week and there is something to quote.

  1. Consistent posting makes every location discoverable by AI and people

Before an AI assistant recommends a place, it checks the social signals: recent Google Business Profile posts, an active feed, a fresh photo. A location that posts every week reads as open and busy, so it gets recommended.

  4. See which locations and posts earn attention, then repeat what works

Reach, likes, comments and shares for every Facebook and Instagram post, by location. See which locations get seen and which do not, and repeat what worked at one address across the chain, so time on social turns into visits.

Multi-location social media management, answered

1. Can every location have its own social profiles?
Yes. Each location connects its own Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X and LinkedIn under Locations, Profiles. Connecting is per integration, not per location: one Google and one Facebook connection can carry every location the account manages. The slow part is never the software, it is finding who holds the logins. See Profiles.
2. Can head office post to every location and still let each one say something different?
Yes, in two ways. Drop in the location placeholders once, name, street, city or phone, and every location publishes its own version with its own details filled in. Beyond that, you can tailor the message, the photo or the Google button for one network by hand, and the others keep the original. See Insert location details.
3. Do I have to write every post myself?
No. Pluspoint AI drafts the caption in your voice from a few words about the offer, and you edit or approve it before it is scheduled. Save it as a draft until it is ready. Nobody at a location has to become a social media specialist to keep its pages current. See Draft your copy with AI.
4. Can a franchisee or store manager post for their own location without seeing the rest?
Yes. Permissions are per location, so a franchisee or an agency connects their own location, keeps their access and writes or publishes for that store only, while head office keeps one calendar across the whole chain. Roles are set under Managing users.
5. Does every post go through approval?
Anyone with access can write and save a post. Only a user with full Posts permission can schedule it, and a restricted user opens the same calendar read-only. Posts drafted by an AI assistant wait there too. That is how a post nobody approved never goes out. See Managing users.
6. Who answers comments and messages at each location?
Messages land in that location’s own inbox: Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, SMS and email, answered by whoever holds the location. Comments under a post stay in each network’s own app, so plan for that if comment moderation is part of the job. See Messaging.
7. Can I see which locations get seen and which do not?
For Facebook and Instagram, yes: reach, likes, comments and shares per post, filtered by location and period, and exportable. The numbers come from Meta and refresh once a day. Google, TikTok, X and LinkedIn posts publish without analytics for now. See Social analytics.
8. Does it keep Google Business Profile and reviews in order too, or only social?
The same login runs each location’s listings, reviews, inbox and surveys, so Google Business Profile posts, review replies and listing fixes happen in one place. Every social post also lands on the location’s Google Business Profile, the page local search and AI assistants read first. See Google Business Profile.
9. Does the bill grow with every location?
The plan is per location and covers every network at that location, so a fourth network or a tenth post costs nothing extra. What does not grow is the work: one campaign, scheduled once, reaches the whole chain. Extra team seats beyond the included ones are billed separately. Current prices are on the pricing page.
10. How do I post to Google Business Profile for multiple locations at once?
Write the post once, select the locations, and Pluspoint publishes one Google Business Profile post per location through its own connected profile, now or on a schedule. It works as a Google Business Profile post scheduler for the whole chain. Step by step: How to post to Google Business Profile for multiple locations at once.
11. Can ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini post through Pluspoint?
Yes. Pluspoint runs an MCP connection at app.pluspoint.io/mcp. Add it in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or another MCP client from Account settings, approve it once, and the assistant can write or schedule posts for any of your locations. Its posts still go through the same approval, and you can revoke the connection at any time. See Manage MCP connections.
12. Can I try it without a sales call?
Yes. Sign up, connect one location, and put a post on the calendar the same day. The demo is there if you want a walk-through of a rollout across a network, not as a gate in front of the product.
13. Who is Pluspoint social posting not for?
Chains of three locations or more get the most from it, since the plan starts there. Look elsewhere if you need social listening, an inbox for X, TikTok or LinkedIn messages, Pinterest or YouTube publishing, comment moderation from the dashboard, or analytics beyond Facebook and Instagram.
